Yeah, its discouraging.

Sometimes it feels so tired that i'd tell myself, give it up Sher, there are other people who can do this job better than you do. Though i take the pride for being able to serve people, at a post i hate and enjoy at the same time, its really tiring. People's responds to me are often discouraging and hurtful. And i just dont feel like doing this anymore. Help me, Lord. Grant me the strength to continue, teach me to be a better class rep and help me to be more Christ-like.
